Hello again, EvoM Members!

everything looks good other than the exhaust. It looks like it has way too many unnecessary bends. Too much material on that exhaust.

I think it's safe to say if you have to ask how much you can't afford these parts.

The Heatshield looks nice but if you want the headers you are over $2200 for the combo, not sure how that will compete with offerings that are under $1000 for a similar setup. What is the weight of that exhaust system compared to stock?

Will they ever release a three inch turbo back? Looks like the downpipe is a downpipe and O2 housing built as one, correct?

I just went back over a year in the Garage G Force blog and could not find any additional information that has been requested. Being that its a pretty minimalist exhaust as far as materials and resonators are concerned, I would expect a significant reduction in weight over the stock exhaust. By the looks of the downpipe, I believe there is an O2 sensor bung already in place. As soon as someone orders one (special deal to the first person, mayhaps...) I'll make sure I get as many details up as possible. Until then, my scale and camera shall be waiting.

I actually had that exhaust and metal cat on my car for a few hours, the very same one in that pic. They pulled it off their demo car to test it on mine. Anyways, the cat is a 150cpsi and the exhaust is 3 inches and splits into two 2.36 inch (60mm) piping. The mufflers have the same inner diameters as the piping so there is very little restrictions. When we changed my exhaust (Kakimoto single tip & UR metal cat) to this setup, I instantly gained around 25whp on a dynopack without changing the ECU maps. With ECU tuning I gained around 30whp.

Yes, the downpipe is a O2/downpipe combo. It has a slip joint in the middle since flanges get in the way of right hand drive models.

I don't know how light the exhaust is (didn't weigh it or anything) but it is a full titanium so I'm sure it's VERY light.

When I talked to the owner last week, he said that they'll be making a single tip 3 inch titanium system in the near future.

The whole thing is TI? Or just the cat back? I'm guessing just the cat back as I've never seen a source for woven titanium flex joints. . . .

The cat back is all titanium and the rest is all stainless steel

Correct me if I am wrong.. But I think thats not woven titanium flex joints.. those are titanium welds..

I think they were talking about the downpipe/O2 combo when refering to flex joints. The catback has all titanium welds.
