But I am wondering if there will be a dp/o2 solution to run the full-on Nasty Habanero on a car with some form of exhaust system?
JB, from what I know about the design, it will not work with the stock core support up front. If you look at Most Wanted's setup, he's removed that main support and replaced it with a tubular brace that sits much lower. This is what gives clearance for the manifold design. the turbo is rotated 90º CW so the mani is spaced toward the grille for better flow and to give the space needed away from the block for the turbine side and O2 housing.
I'd be willing to say that if you really wanted this exact manifold and relocated the radiator and removed the front core support, EPM would be willing to manufacture you a downpipe that would mount to a standard exhaust setup.
