I have always liked this rim, and wondering what it's name is, if it is available in a 17x8/9 configuration(stock replacment for the 2004 EVO 8...), and possibly if I can get it in the flat black?

Thanks again for your help.

EDIT: Just found it. I believe they are the TE-37's.

Thanks!

Not supposed to give too much away - but with the release of the CE28N Genesis - well you know....a certain version of the TE37 may have to come out as well.

Burnt silver with Carbon plating - and also at special pricing!

Release will be probably end of this year.

I was never a huge believer in expensive wheels until I bought my GT-N's for my MR2, I hand picked them while in Japan, and had the exporter bolt them on my mr2 before shipping it to Canada. Rays Lugs + 17x7,17x8 GT-N's in MINT condition. I get tonnes of compliments, and they have been a solid track wheel for the car.

I plan to buy a set of wheels for my evo, and want to go new. Got a couple pretty good looking quotes, and will be waiting for this "special edition" TE37!

I'm pretty much set on the ce28 matte black wheels for my evo X.
I came to the conclusion that the best setup for the X without rolling the fenders and yet having an aggressive look is to go with 18x9.5 +22 offset. Is there a 18x10.5 wheel with an offset other than +18 that would fit the X without having to roll the fenders? WHat do you recommend?

You're right 18x95 +22 is the money setup.

The 18x10.5 +22 offset should work better without having to do crazy fender rolling, however depending on the tire size you may still need to roll fender.

Thanks!

Very nice! I used to own a SW20 MR2 turbo awhile back - I had TE37's on it! Thanks!

For my evo X, I've pretty much decided on either TE-37 or RE-30's, 18"X9.5". I know for the TE-37's, +22 is the most common offset setup. What about the RE-30's? And is a 265/35/18 the best tire for these wheels without having to roll fenders? Thanks.
