While I don't know for sure, it looks like Jspeed made sure that jacking points would still be accessible with their panels in place. Installation also looks to be very well thought out, but once again I don't know since I've never installed one of these myself.

I do not have any data available to me, but flat bottoms are one of the few aerodynamic devices that are always effective. Even wings are very sensitive to differences in flow from car to car, but if you look at any professional race car that is allowed to have a flat bottom it will have one because they are always effective.
