Thanks to the feedback of many people in the community, we are in the process of developing a single exit OEM style rear diffuser for the Evo X. The idea behind it is simple -- fill in that gaping hole on the drivers side of the car, allowing a single exit exhaust system to look proper on the CZ4A. Our design philosophy centers around creating a third vortex generator or "fin" that will occupy the space on the drivers side where the outlet would normally sit. Here is the design we've been basing this idea around:


This is designed to be a direct fit OEM replacement diffuser. We've had many past customers and members of the community ask about their options when it comes to selecting an exhaust and one of the biggest deciding factors on choosing a dual exit is that they didn't want to run a single with the empty space on the drivers side. This serves to solve that problem, and make the subsequent exhaust choices even more broad for the community!


*UPDATE* We've worked very hard on this, and are now able to bring to the market this same diffuser but in Carbon Fiber. These will be available at $695.00 + shipping!


The price of the units will be $495.00 + shipping to the lower 48 states. The material chosen is a dark grey/black gel coat. This allows for light prep then color matched/custom finished however you like.

I know the interest from the community is there, now it's just a matter of putting this in motion! I'm asking those interested, if we can get a confirmed 10 people signed up for this, at a 50% deposit ($275.00) we could have these out in a matter of weeks. For those who haven't purchased an exhaust yet -- we will be doing a package deal with your single exhaust of choice + the BP Auto rear diffuser as well!

Once the production gets started, as soon as we get an original to test, I'll be using my own car for the fitment shots and you guys will be the first to see em.

I do appreciate all the feedback and requests guys and gals, just like the Do Luck Duckbill trunk that we worked with Do Luck to produce, this is another labor of love part. Since I own an X myself, I've pushed for original products to be developed and I'm excited to see this concept turn into a reality!

I've considered a single exhaust myself and a few more angles would be nice

straight on from behind would be one of the more important vantage points

i like it. but it better fit oem perfect for that kinda coin.

dude just cancel your order, single is lighter plus looks sicker. Dual exhaust for v6's and v8's on a 4 banger it looks dumb i have no idea what mitsu was thinking!!

I love the way this looks, but I think the price is a little high. Will this fit lancers as well? Maybe marketing it to them, will help bring the price down too?
