That is around 800 crank HP and good for high 9's @ 140 mph around stock weight! I would imagine that shifting to 5th wouldn't penalize you that much with that kind of power, worst case you are definitely good to go for 10's!.

Thanks guys, This is using our off the shelf EVO X Sleeved motor and upcomming EVO X turbo kit. That side pipe you see is now is the exhaust not the wg dump. We ditched the rear split system to shed some weight and incorporate the new flat bottom on the car.

They are at CMP right now for todays Practice session. We are all pulling for them

how much power do you think that new block can hold??

 

Honestly that's hard to say but based on Sleeved blocks from 4cyl history when built right they have made well over 1000whp.
