Curious if any of your customers has reported fading or browning of the calipers you've powdercoated due to extreme heat. The oem Brembo coating definitely can't take the heat from high temps from people who track their car.

What do you guys do when you have to sand blast a valve cover? Do y'all take the baffles out and re rivet them back in or what? Getting sand inside is my main issue. Also what is the turn around time to powder coat a valve cover?

Not one single customer. The very first set of calipers we powder coated are still on our customers Evo and still look perfect after years of abuse. Keep in mind the oem coating is not powder coat, more of a high temp paint. Even though we offer paint, we would never paint a set of calipers for a customer.

The powder coating service we offer is a very detailed and extensive service, not simply a little sanding and re-shoot.

We take preventive measures to ensure no sand enters the baffles. Unlike other powder coaters, we are Evo fanatics so we know exactly how parts function and what can or cannot be blasted or coated. We've coated literally hundreds of valve covers and have had zero issues. Turn around time right now is about 10 business days.

Sent ya another PM. I'm thinking if we could get my O2 done and shipped that could get me started on this turbo swap and then I can install the manifold later when it is done. Let me know. Thanks!
