NO, still waiting for it to arrive. Hopefully it will be here soon because I'm chomping at the bit to get the car running again.

everytime i see a reply to this post in my email and see your name, i get excited hoping its results! Another disappointment lol

 

I keep telling myself that but when I go through 300 bucks a week in gas in my truck its hard to keep telling myself that.

 

Update for me actuators came in today turbo will go out sometime today or tomorrow should have it by sat.

 

Im stuck waiting , I have an tomei evo9 BV that is partially opening at 25 Psi , and fully opening at 27, Im waiting on a synapse DV that will cure that issue.

Next the 18 psi actuator is getting blown open on these turbos in the upper 20 PSI range , MAP is sending out a 25PSI unit to cure that .

FWIW ive had zero issues with compressor surge in any gear at any time and as posted in pics i do not have the antisurge cover.

I adjusted boost in the meantime down to 24psi , without even trying to tune for power its sitting at 400whp 340wtq im not gonna waste time tuning it until the new parts are on .

When i have Actual results i will post a thread in the Dyno section , and link it from here, Until then any posts i make here will be just to update on small findings. Sorry my car and i let you guys down

Wtf another stock frame journal bearing turbo. As if i wasn't having a hard enough time choosing to go back with another CBRD turbo or switch to fp. Need more results

 

looks like this thread is going 6 feet under. should have given to someone that can really post up dyno comparisons or useful information for that matter.

 

You guys need to calm down lol, we've sent out quite a few turbos but not only does it take time to get them installed they need to get tuned and/or dynoed. Patience.

 

Would have had you of results a month ago with good numbers on the car with a stock IX turbo, but was denied on buying one because I would have gone to english racing to tune it. response was "None of these turbos will be going to english racing" :/

 

Their are certain shops out there that are adamant supporters of our competition. I'm not insinuating that the guys at English would skew the results as they seem to operate with honesty and integrity from what I have heard, but in these early stages we prefer that the feedback be from unbiased third parties.

 

If I remember correctly you said you were going to have AWD tune it?

 

lol. I don't want to keep chatting about it cause its pointless, and stupid. You don't want real results from real tuners to show your customers what the product really does that's your business. but lets think about this..
