Introducing the MAPerformance Evo X Intercooler Upgrade!
Every now and then an upgrade for the Evolution X comes along that no one has seen before. In this case, it's the MAPerformance Evo X intercooler upgrade. Of course, an aftermarket Evo X intercooler is nothing new on the market, but nothing as beautiful and amazing as the MAPerformance unit has ever been seen before.
Not only does it look like a million bucks, it also performs just as well. Thanks to billet aluminum end tanks and a bar & plate core, this Evolution X intercooler will support up to 750hp! That's an awesome amount of power that is just unheard of with todays sheetmetal based intercoolers.
We've spent countless hours perfecting this Evo X Intercooler upgrade. Utilizing experience gathered from our R&D efforts with the Ecoboost Mustang, we found the best core offered by our supplier and put it to work on the Evo X. From there, our on-site CAD designer CNC machined a pair of billet end-tanks from 6061-T6 aluminum before sending them off to our lead fabricator who expertly TIG welded them to the 20x11x3.5" core.
Weighing in at just 20lbs and sucessfully designed at a bolt-on modification, this is the elite Evo X intercooler upgrade on the market!
