The STM 3.5" Titanium Pie-Cut SD Intake Pipe was designed specifically for the Evolution VIII & IX bolt-on FP Turbos such as the Red, Black, Zero and Zephyr (3.25" inlets) but can also be used with a stock turbo by selecting the 2.5" coupler, or any 3" aftermarket bolt-on turbo. The titanium pie-cut intake pipe is beautifully and proudly crafted in-house and includes the STM Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects.

This intake pipe will not work with the factory MAF, and is designed for speed density only. Fits both Evo VIII & IX, will clear the ACD reservoir and is available with an optional K&N Breather Filter to vent your crankcase if needed.

how do these compare to the ets?

 

I actually didn't see it on their website, so I don't have anything to compare to. ETS is a great company. You shouldn't have any problems with their products.

If they make a similar intake it will probably come down to you and personal preference on the design and style.

Everything about the STM intake is right. Quality, material, fit, finish, performance and design. And you know yours is unique as each one is hand-cut and welded right here in-house.

We've got a couple Evo's headed to SEMA that just bought the STM titanium piping kits, I hope to see them there!
