How's the install on these, do i need to change/add anything? There are some HORRIBLE drivers out there and i'm getting a new set of horns.

Plug and play. unless you want to run there relay.

If i dont wire in the relay do i have to change the fuse or will the factory fuse do the job? A couple of my friends installed the hella horns and a few of them said they have to change the fuse, so that's why i ask.

how much extra shipped to v3m6t8? couldnt find it on ur site
is install difficult? come with instructions?

well i dont mind picking it up from the states.
im just worried about the install, whats ther difference if u relay it or just plug and play?

I'm pretty sure the relay regulates how much power the horns will get so when in use they aren't as loud as they could be. my friend has a WRX with the hella supertones and whoever owned it before him didn't install the relay and holy **** they are loud and will definitely let people know you're there.
