4202 gtx-r

4508 power in a 4202 frame. The turbo currently has a Tial 1.00 stainless housing on it but we can switch to pretty much anything you need. Turbo was used for 20 pulls total between track and dyno. Selling to switch to larger setup.

$2500 shipped.

I heard the spool up on the new gtx garretts was worse than the orginals, any truth to this? That is a beautiful turbo, wonder what it would do on my setup........

Spool the same as far as we can tell. Just need to go bigger and lighter to go fast in the 1G.

It spins at idle Its around 6k on a 2.0L so I'd assume a 2.4 would be another 800rpm maybe? Not too much experience with 42Rs on 2.4s.
