He can bounce back and move operations to southern california, I swear we are so under represented we don't have large choice of quality tuners to specialize on EVOs, yet we have the most EVOs, pitty.

im confused...so someone stole from him? like broke in and took everything he has? or took a car and didnt pay for services? (which to me wouldnt put a company out of business unless it was already on the fringe)

I feel bad for the guy because being stolen from is no fun, but you can always bounce back if you truly want to..Never dealt with him but from what I read he ran a good business so its sucks thing happen to good people....

but again im confused on the matter, anyone want to clarify?

Whoa, what happened here? The public at large needs to know, so we can help if at all possible.

The last thing we as a community needs is to lose a great tuner/vendor like Switzer performance.

Someone with accurate information, please advise and let's see what we as a community can do to help.... Isn't that what we are all here for.

I heard about the situation awhile ago, but when I heard, it was just speculation. I guess it wasnt speculations after all. I dont know the whole story about if his partner just stole the goods or what the deal is. All I know is Tym is in a pretty messed up situation and he doesnt deserve this one bit. Tym, if you read this, I hope everything turns out for the best. You are a smart individual and you will turn everything around. Good luck to you and your family.

Ok what is up with all the hush, hush, if you know some details then let us know. Damn! I'm tired of this BS, if you don't want to release names, then fine, and if you feel uncomfortable about sharing a little info, then DON'T POST A STUPID THREAD ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

^^ I don't think the person who made the thread has to do with the situation. You should read through everything and understand it before you make a post such as this. Just my .02$
