I always see alot of bad press in the threads about Vivid Racing and for a while there i could see what some people were talking about. As of late they are in the process of re-hashing their staff members and let me tell you they are alot better now then they ever have been. I talked to Rob Rohn (co-founder of Vivid Racing) and he says that they are pulling some hard shifts just to keep the customers happy.

Alot of people take the time to bad mouth people or dealers but no one ever takes the time to say when a company does good. I have delt with Vivid for a couple years now and as of lately they have really impressed me with their assistance. I got some brake lines from another company (not mentioning who) and they were for a different year car. I tried to return them and they would not let me (they were being some real p*icks), so i called Vivid to buy some new ones and they asked me why i wsa only getting the rear set? I told them what had happened and not only did they hook me up with a price that was better then the original company and they also took the lines for the wrong car and refunded my money and put it toward the price of the new lines. Here is one case where Vivid Racing has come through for me. Thank you Vivid and Rob.
