I recently ordered a 3" high flow cat from them and it arrived today. I purchased the one with the gaskets, but they were missing from the box, so i emailed them at 3:00pst, within 2 minutes i had a response saying that they would send them out tomarrow. I thought that that is was very good service, and would share it with everyone.
