I have send them 4 pm's now the past 3 days and they don't answer my pm's.....

But they do came online those 3 days (you can see that in the profile).

Has anyone got PM's from them the past 3 days?

I placed an order for swifts in the middle of march and I finially got them 2 weeks ago. I was told that they were back ordered, i checked with other companies and they were out of stock too. They charged my credit card in the middle of april. I called several times to find out status. They were nice and returned all of my PM's asap.

They said they were shipped 3 weeks ago but when i asked for a tracking number a week later they gave me one that night which said they had just shipped them.

Just keep on them like any other company
