That's sounds crappy. I know this sounds silly, but did you try calling them in person to try and resolve this? Either way I hope you get your money back soon.

I just ordered a couple of Carbon Craft parts from them...hopefully nothing like this happens with me because I will go all over the net with it.

Good Luck. I bought a Espelir Downpipe from them that did not fit my IX. They said they'd call the manufacturer and get it replaced. A couple weeks went by and I sold it to another EVO owner. I was up front about it not fitting. Invision wouldn't even bump there own **** in the vendor forum on the so cal forum. IMHO they're a bit shady. They never got back to me to this day. I'll NEVER do business with them again.

Again good luck.

Last week i've ordered some Swift Lowering Springs and a set of Rays lug nuts from them.

They shipped the items and i got the trackingnumber.
Till today nothing arrived, but a few hours ago the items arrived in Belgium, so i wont be long before i get my items.

If i get everything in 1 piece, and everything fits then all i have to say about IP is positive. From payment to delivery in Belgium in only 1.5 week is pretty good service i think.

Grtz

It's not a question of their shipping. It got to me fast enough. But it was broken, and now they won't refund my money even though the lip was shipped back to them and they're the ones getting money from UPS.

That's not correct off-course....
I hope my items are not broken, but those are swift springs.
Before you can break them i think the plane has to crash from 11.000 feet

I hope you'll get your money back!

Wow. That is absolutely rediculous! 2 Months you have waited? I would be really upset. Did you call your CC company? Ill make sure to stay away from them!

I'm calling my credit card company this afternoon to see what action I can take.

Unfortunately since it has been over the 45 days, i have no recourse through Paypal which sucks.

I got my stuff a couple weeks ago...looked great. Haven't installed them yet though. Hopefully they will fit! But if they don't, that's on carbon craft...not invision evo.

Did you research this company before buying? or did you buy from them because it was the best deal? Sometimes it pays to check into things like that before a purchase. But I am sure you already knew that!

Well, i did check into them, but didn't find any problems. And while it might not be their fault the part got broken, it's their responsibility to refund my money. Especially since I don't even have the lip anymore.

Well, just so you know......if you paid with a credit card, you can call and tell your CC company that you never recieved your item and they will somehow retract their payment. happened to me a while back......years ago I bought a GSR head for $750. A month went by and no head, no emails. I called the CC company and they took the money back!! Now, this was through paypal, so in the end paypal was out the money until that guy brought his balance to zero again!

But I do know that they can help you in these cases. Just call them and tell them what happened and they will get you setup.
