Has anyone had any issues with 500whp.com? I just ordered an Apexi turbo timer and harness from them but my card didn't seem to go through. I checked my bank account and noticed the money missing but, there is not order history with 500whp.com. It still shows everything in my shopping cart. I tried calling but no one is answering. I am just wondering if anyone has had any issues with them.
Did you try emailing them? I bought something from them about a month ago and they were very deligent in responding one question about order status that I had, but something could have gone wrong with your order.

No I haven't tried e-mailing them. I will do that now. Thanks.
Jeff is a very good guy. You have nothing to worry about at all. I had an issue when I got my splitter from them. Jeff did everything possible so that I was happy. I am sure they are just busy but you have nothing to worry about

Right, just give them a chance. Now if it winds up being a couple business days before you hear anything and you've exhausted your resources in trying to contact them, that's when I would worry.

Jeff just e-mailed me back and said that there was a mismatch in my billing information and that the money will be back in my account in 3-5 days. He said that it will not actually be withdrawn.
