TTP Defines Customer Service and Tuning!

I would just like to share my experience I had with Scott from TTP engineering! Over the last few months I was in the market for a tuner to come to Alaska. Didn't want to do the email flash as I had quite a setup and didn't want to risk any problems. Anyhow, I had been reading many reviews of TTP for selling parts and especially his tuning abilities. So after speaking to a few tuners only 2 were really serious about making the tuning trip happen. However, Scott was prompt in responding to my emails, PM, phone calls, and etc with his very busy schedule.

So we worked out the pricing and the minimum amount of evos that he would need to make it make sense. I also purchase a set of cams and clutch which he sent out promptly and receive fairly quick for being in Alaska. Scott, wanted to make sure that I received my parts before the tune at no additional cost. He stayed in constant contact to make sure everything was going as needed.

When Scott arrived he was a mellow friendly guy and he took the time to answer any questions I had or other fellow evo owners and customers had. Even though some of the questions may sound stupid but help us to learn more because the bottomline is that were not the expert and were not going to know everything.

Now for the tuning experience I have to give credit to this guy first off he would look over each evo that he is about to tune to make sure there aren't any potential issues. He doesn't mine getting his hands dirty as he had to fix some of the customer's issues that risen when tuning. He did this even though it wasn't what we were paying him for. Scott took the time to tell you what he was doing when tuning and made sure your car ran perfect with no issues and more importantly zero knock throughout your powerband. He also made suggestions in a kindly matter. Biggest thing is that if Scott felt he couldn't tune something he wouldn't try it to make a quick buck unlike another tuner I had experience with. Overall, he was very precise and knowledable about what he doing and was using the best equipment to get the job done and have accurate information to tune from. Made you feel like you got your money's worth instead of giving you a base flash doing a few pulls and calling it a day before you can even open your mouth.

In my books, I have to give Scott and TTP a thumbs up for a job well done. Not only for me but for all the other evos that he tuned during the weekend. All of them were happy with their tune and the service that Scott provided. Each one of them thanked me personally for having TTP come up for some tuning.

Now for anyone else that is considering Scott from TTP for tuning all I can say is that he is very confident in his work otherwise he wouldn't come all the way from Florida to Alaska. Talk about going the extra distance to please a customer!

Once again, I would like to thank you again for taking the time to come help out us evo guys in alaska to get tuned right! I understnad you were very busy and going through divorce at the time must be a hard time for ya, but you would never know if you meet the guy in person. All of us evo guys that were tuned appreciate your work and the new beasts you gave us back!!!

I also had to make his trip worthwhile took him out to the club and showed him how it goes down in Alaska. Nothing like the lower 48 but hey it's not as bad as some people make it. Good times!

Most definitely!
Looking forward for a comeback next summer for the next stage in upgrades and tuning! I know some people that couldn't make it to this tuning session were please to actually hear of the excellent customer service!

That alone, TTP Engineering will have new customers.

Thanks K for getting this organized in such short notice.
Thanks Scott for your expertise and money well spent!

ps
Enjoy the weather in Puerto Rico!
