New Buschur Racing Boost Controller

I got my new Buschur Racing Boost Controller and all I can say is WOW! Great design and matches perfectly with the rest of my Buschur Bling

Here is a picture of the new boost controller. It is in line with the radiator hose. I haven't had a chance to fully tune with it but so far it holds boost rock solid with almost no taper. Thanks David and Jarrod...you guys are the BEST!!!

nice motor setup. Is that the stock manifold ported and polished under the heat tray?

Give Jarrod or Nick a call and I am sure they can answer your questions.

Anytime Trevor! Glad you like it. I dont think we could ask for a better represenative for Buschur Racing. You've become a good friend over the past few years.

A couple of our closer guys (sponsored or darn close to it) were given a few of these unfinished pieces to try out, see how they like them and give us feedback on them. The boost controller will be available shortly to the public. The finished piece will be anodized black and have the BR logo etched on them.

The price has not yet been announced. We will have the standard MBC and then the dual stage design as well.

As far as the "click" similar to the Forge it does not have that. It will have an etched line as well so you can actually count the turns as you turn the boost up or back it off.

We will make a post as soon as these come available. It should be anytime actually. We are just waiting to get them back from the anodizer.

Take care guys!

No click on the boost controllers as Jarrod said. This is not a Perrin unit, don't even get that started anyone who pursues trashing this thread will be reported.

The boost controllers are pretty sweet. They have our logo on them that turns into an arrow with 4 reference marks on the other end to keep track of how far it is adjusted. Each 1/4 turn is about 1 psi additional boost.

The nice thing is, unlike many other boost controllers, when set on the minimum settings you can run very-very close to wastegate pressure. Many other available controllers will not allow this low setting and if they do when turned up all the way will not allow the maximum boost setting without changing to another spring. With the design of this controller we can run as low as wastegate pressures and over 50 psi from there.

Thanks for posting the picture Trevor. Engine bay looks great as always.
