Just received an email from Hiro which he asked to pass along the message. He claims he is still trying to get refunds out as he makes money. He also claims that he does not have the money that most of your paid due to merchant services freezing his account. Basically according to him it would be in limbo. Should that be true, that would mean it should be quite easy to get back for those that paid via credit card. Again, I do not validate these claims, just passing them on

Voltex Hood and Rear Diffuser
I bought the Voltex Hood and Voltex diffuser from Hiro on 7/30/2007 and paid $1820 shipped. I received in separate shipments about 2 months later or so, BOTH CAME DAMAGED. I notified him right away, he was cool about it, notified me immediately when he got credit for them, and assured me he was shipping out my 2 new pieces when they come in on the next container. I waited and waited..... then around December or January He said he had them but still hadn't shipped them, so I told him since I was moving out to California in February that I will just pick them up to avoid any more damages. He said that was fine. Then he kept changing his phone number and e-mails, and every once in a while I would reach him again and he would give me the new numbers and e-mails which would soon be cut off again. So now I am at a standstill with the damaged pieces. My bank nor Paypal will do anything for me b/c its been too long to file a claim. I even went to his old office and no one was there. His name was still on the door, and a note from DHL saying "sorry we missed you" for a package.

Yes, I recommend writing to Voltex address these problems. Both Nakajima-san, and Tome-san are aware of the problems that Hiro has made, but they do not know the extent of what really is going on. Writing them may help get this whole mess sorted out.

yes my friend has email voltex twice... one in english and one in japanese... and no response to either one... no more voltex parts for us in the future... a simple... "sorry but we cant do anything" response would already mean something but a no response is another thing...
