Thumbs up CBRD Tune and Install

Just wanted to say thanks to the CBRD team for a great install and tune. I had my Apexi AVC-R boost controller installed today and tuned by Chad and Charlie(kreionic). Flawless work as I am sure many of you are already aware. The install was neat and professional and the tune was perfect. Chad and Charlie (kreionic) worked until the tune was right for my car. I have never recieved less then perfect from the CBRD team. If you have never deal with CBRD I urge you to give them a call for your next install or tune and see what its like to have a great shop such as CBRD.

Posting the dyno numbers for anyone who is interested. The difference in the before and after are Cosworth M2 272 cams, Apexi AvC-R, and swapped out the Apexi power intake filter for the HKS Reloaded RS and of course a retune.

CBRD: do you guys specialize in ECU flash tuning? I purchased a used evo with a custom tune and wanted an expert to perfect the tune on a dyno. I recently pulled the plugs after the car would not start and they were carbon fouled.

Chad and Mark are top notch you would be crazy not to take your car to CBRD if you live the tristate area, even if it was just to check the place out and get schooled by Chad on GT4

LOL now its not as bad as that sounds. Yes we both push each other further but we both know there are certain limits we cant cross. Now my car or your car is a completely different scenario. We can blow our cars up

X Evo, do you always run 98oct? Is that some sort of blend or something?

X evo doesnt post much. There was about a 1 gallon I would say of 93 octane to 5 gallons of 98. He asked for a 98 tune since he has a pump locally with 98. Its a safe enough tune that if he cant get 98 he can use 93 and just turn the boost down a psi or 2. He also has another map with a tad more timing and lower boost for straight 93 if he chooses to go that route too
