Ok, I don't usually start new threads but I feel like this vendor deserves some recognition for the way he has treated me. I have been on the forums for a while, and I've ordered parts from alot of the vendors out there, but RussellM stands out as one of the best as far as his knowledge, professionalism, communication, and timeliness. I have ordered from him a few times, and I must say that I trust this guy 100% now. Not a single glitch, delay, or mistake. Not only is he a real Evo enthusiast who knows alot about these cars, but his prices for OEM parts are considerably lower than what my local dealership charges, and that's including shipping. Everything I ordered from him came with proof of authenticity and packaged by Mitsubishi. Anyways, just wanted to put this out there in case anyone needs OEM parts and doesn't know that there is an alternative to dealing with the local dealerships.

IMO it's just as important to recognize those who have good business practices as it is to call out scammers and crooks. Just calling it how I see it. Otherwise, how would people know who to trust?

+1 From my experience as well... I do not get OEM parts from anyone else. PERIOD. One of the fewest people I'd even consider representing on/with my car

I agree with you 100% I would have posted a similar thread but instead, I decided to leave him feedback. So kudos to you for starting this thread.

Russell's communication is awesome. I had a situation(my fault) and I believe we had a few emails that we were going back and fourth but not once did I have to chase him for a response. Every message was replied within minutes and at most, perhaps 1-2hrs later. It's awesome to see your INBOX with unread PM's, knowing there's info waiting for you. Thanks man.

Yeah definitely, RusselM is the way to go! I recently ordered an SE lip from him. The package came in destroyed (UPS claimed the item was damaged). When I opened it up though the lip survived. It had some scuffs here and there, but nothing a little loving couldn't take care of. He contacted me ASAP to see what I wanted to do (I kept it since it wasn't bad cleaned it waxed it took out the scuffs, came out perfect). VERY helpful and took care of me very quickly!
