What happened to him? He isnt picking up his phone or responding to emails. His PM box is also full. I understand he doesnt offer flash services anymore but he said he will still offer to the people who had a existing sub. I contacted him for two months with no response. Whats going on????????

 

man im spewing about this too... i had onyl purchased a tune from him about a week before he shut down operations... he sent me a base tune and 1 other and i've had nothing since....

pretty sad really... i was expecting some good things....

You deserve an apology. Of all my customers, I only know of one who asked for a pro-rated refund, and they were given it promptly. If you or others out there feel unfulfilled, I will absolutely honor a refund.

* The average Shameless Tuning customer received 7 updates to their tune
* The average response time between a customer log and a revised ROM was 11 hours
* The total number of customers who have uploaded a log after we closed shop on 8/2 is 6

I urge those who truly feel they did not get what they paid for to make a post here with your PayPal ID and I will issue a refund.

I take pride in my work, and I thank the many customers who actually sent additional payments because they felt my service was worth much more than what they paid.

None of these people are paying customers of mine. They are part of a local club in Massachusetts who I would enjoy helping and tuning for free with. Unfortunately, when I stopped tuning, they got very upset with me when I no longer had time to tune their cars for free. It's pretty sad that they have taken to these attacks to attempt to discredit me, but those who have seen my work know full well how top-notch it is.

In fact, these are some of the same people who proudly supported me when I first became a vendor.

To this day, I have not tried to insult, attack, or instigate any childish problems with these folks. I implore those who attack me above to drop what grudges you may have. I have quietly and calmly kept to myself and I ask that you do the same.
