The Shop does it AGAIN!!

Just came back from one hell of a night at “The Shop” & "Junior Tune". Jimmy, The Shop owner, received a new HTA86. But he was waiting on cams to be custom made for his 08 STI so, being the great sport that he is, he let me bolt on the HTA86 on to my EVO. Boy what F-ing RIDICULOUSLY GREAT results!

With the old HTA35r w/ pump and meth at 30psi the car made 600whp now with the HTA86 at 30psi it laid down 670 w/ pump and meth.. and that was just the start…

Here is my old post with mods.. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=368814

With the old hta35r on race gas at 38 psi the car made 698 whp, now with the HTA86 w/ pump and meth, the car at 38 psi made a ridiculous 773 WHP.. totally out of control..

While we were at it we decided to add some Q16 and left the boost ~38psi and Laid DOWN THE LAW!! 804WHP and 650 wtq. HOLY ****!!

I'm not quite certain if you heard what I just said, but the thing laid down 804WHP. WOW!

We picked up 100Whp over the old Hta35r.. and only at the loss of 200-300 rpm on spool..
This Calls for another visit to the track.. last time w/ pump and meth making 646 whp the car went 137 MPH at 3350 lbs.. So with 150WHP more lets see what she traps..

I have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Jimmy at The Shop for lending me his turbo while his car was down and letting me use his dyno for a late night session. And Junior for being DA MAN behind the tune and letting her rip.

Signing off, for now...

In search of 150 MPH Trap Speeds...
