I'm not usually one to write reviews every time I do business with a company, but I am so impressed with Adam and MAPerformance that I feel I need to. I've purchased quite a few parts from Adam at MAP over the last 2 weeks, and every time I call Adam is more than helpful, always immediately knowing who I am. Furthermore, MAP shows great appreciation for repeat customers, and the deals get better every time I call to order something else. I'm usually one to shop around, with no real loyalty to any one shop, but MAP changed that. Just wanted to let you guys know that Adam and MAPerformance are a class act.

yea their a great company to work with. they upgraded my shipping to express 1 day because my part got back ordered

 

i must add Adam is awesome at MAP. i ordered some small things and some big things from him. i needed some stuff shipped to a different address and some shipping to my home. everything went smoothly and no hassle. adam knows ill be back.

 

One thing I like about MAP (at least Adam) is that you get treated like a valued customer whether you are bombarding him with questions or reading off your credit card number. It's that kind of excellent attention to detail and phenomenal customer service that will earn a lot of happy customers. I've bought a lot of stuff through them, the "free shipping on orders over $99" is simply a dream come true.

 

MAP has always gave me and my friends outstanding customer seivice.Its always a pleasure doing business with them.

 

Yeah, the free shipping is what brings people in, but the customer service is what brings them back. And I really like that you don't have to beg for a better price, and they he doesn't rub your nose in it when he gives you one.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has had an excellent experience with MAP.

 

Adam@MAP is great to deal with he helped me out alot with my hydraulic throw out bearing for my Quarter Master Twin when I was having issues Thanks again Adam the clutch feels great now!

 

I agree with you 100% on everything you said. I've dealt with them a bunch of times and never had a single problem. I always shop around but lately i see myself pretty much going to MAP first to check and usually end up buying from them.

 

Almost enough to bring a tear to a grown mans eye! I really really appreciate all the comments. I try my hardest to give 110% on everything I do, to make the customers happy.

Again, I greatly appreciate everything said. This one is getting bookmarked and printed, I'm gonna go gloat for a couple hours.

 

There's a reason why I put a huge MAPerformance sticker on my car. These guys always kick ***, always are easy to get a hold of and always stand behind their products. I usually deal with Chris and have only talked to Adam a few times, but it seems anyone there is great. And it is very nice to have someone in the Midwest that ships so quickly.
