CBRD really is an awesome company, Chad is a pleasure to deal with. I have seen some customer service, but CBRD rates among the top of the top!
A few months back one day I got a payorder from CBRD as a token of customer appreciation (even though I am waaay over on the other side of the world). I was overwhelmed. I did not cash it in, but rather kept it safe, because to me the value of the thought was not something you can put numbers on. Thank you CBRD!
These CBRD chaps really know a thing or two on how to win the hearts of their customers!
