Epm o2 dump took a dump

i heard a faint rattle for a while now, thought it was my flapper in my hotside, changed the oil yesterday and found the bottom pipe from my EPM O2 dump was almost falling off, it was just holding about 1/8" of steel, the rest at the seam was completely open with exhaust gases shooting on all sides around the pipe.
I Remember last week I saw another member here with his that split in half.
EPM quality
im glad i didn't sell my invidia O2 housing.
what a pain in the *** now to remove and replace it
just for the record, this pipe also fried my starter.
Q

i put maybe 3k miles on it, never once tracked only Sunday use.

I predict we will see alot of these threads in the future unfortunately...I've seen a couple in person and the ones i saw didn't appear to be backpurged and fitment looked questionable. Even done right dumptubes seem to eventually become ticking time bombs...

I've had my EPM dump for well over a year and ive had no problems besides it being a little close to my radiator i just put heat wrap around it to make sure it didnt melt the radiator...

Whatever happened to contacting the vendor and give them a chance to make it right?

that apparently is going out the window... I personally bottomed out my car on the tube... so i welded it back on and trimmed it a little for a good fit... the dump has a better home as i grew tired of the open wastegate sound... good luck with your dump... try to give Q a chance before you bash him to death... hes a pretty good guy...

I did something that I thought I couldn't before yesterday.
I removed and replaced the dump without removing the turbo or radiator from the car, sure it was a pita but, I like it more now without that roar.
