Thumbs Down for Carbon Trix

Ordered a lower stereo relocation piece which they have hundreds in stock. Waited a week and noticed pending still. Left e-mails to see if there was a delay and/or status, no response. I asked on a different e-mail about fenders immediate response. It sucks when they just want more money and not to help with a previous order...... Customer service -1, scamming to buy more +1. Should have went to Russell from Mitsubishiparts.net from the get go and wait the 10 days, shame on me for thinking I could get it sooner, since they had it in stock.....
