importdps any good?

I noticed many members have purchased the Eibach Pro Kit springs from importdps in the past for a really good price. I was interested in purchasing some myself, until I noticed their account is disabled in our forums.

Can anyone tell me why importdps's account is disabled, and/or if you suggest to buy from them?

From my experience the customer service was poor to say the least, I ordered an O2 housing and took more than a month to arrive, I call several times and I did not get any information(tracking number and order status), they told me they will call me back but I never received a call, that's all I can say.
Good luck!

I had good luck, great price on the Prokits and they arrived quickly.

Their account is disabled because they are no longer an EvoM sponsor.

It's hit or miss with them. I was going to order parts from them but once I saw the few negative feedbacks they had I ended up ordering from MAP.

They are local to me and have always been very helpful. They are big in the Honda world. Pretty much anything I ordered shipped out either same or next day.

They're prices are pretty competitive too. You could always call and talk directly to them before ordering for piece of mind.

They did do a major renovation of the shop recently and were without Internet and phone for a while so that's where some of the negative interactions could have occurred.

Thanks, I really appreciate the input! I'm probably going to make my purchase elsewhere... better safe than sorry.

I ordered an exedy stage 2 hd clutch with them and the customer service was good and it shipped the same day. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I bought my clutch from them. They had the best price at the time, the transaction went smooth and got my clutch in 4 days.
