I was in my bank, they told me that this service is avaiable only 3 months back, they charged my card in November so now its my problem.

Countless, experiences like this here. Shame on Evom for their sponsorship. If this forum can't exist without vendors like them, so be it.

Are you kidding? Why didn't you take some legal action against them?

We should have a sticky thread of "Watch Out These Vendors" to warn our brothers and sisters, and as long as we don't bash/say anything much more than just compiling a list of names, the MOD can't take down the thread, right??

No kidding lol But luckily they screwed up good, althoug those buggers tried to keep my money with them and wanted me to just pick out something else... luckily I new better and rolled the heck out!!

Still lost 500$ when all was said and done but happy I didnt loose it all or was still waiting for something that would never come!!

I actually almost bought my tires from them...ended up getting a quote and got it price matched elsewhere lol...I live fairly close to their "shop" so was willing to drive out there to get the tires...have seen quite a few posts about them, but I personally would not let some company juice me for months let alone years...

Best advice like many have mentioned: CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND GET REFUNDED ASAP OR IF YOU PAID THROUGH PAYPAL FILE A COMPLAINT!!!

the situation didnt change for me

Eddie Kim from wholesale is liar !!, the whole Gruppe S works in the same way,after 6 months they dont want to send me ordered products, the dont want to give my money back, they are not answering for emails, when I m calling from my cell and they know my number they dont pick the phone up !!

Is anybody know good lawyer in Orange Country ?

I will appreciate for any help !!

It's been a very long time for me, I thnk since 2009. I really can't spend so much time running after such frauds or taking them to court, if incase I do, then i'd make sure they completely close down. Give Matt an e-mail, he lately stopped replying to my e-mails. The company has paid me a few amounts by installments (lol installments...) and still owe me. good luck!
