I ordered a set of Stance ProComp (formerly XR) coilovers from Dynotech Tuning in late November to come to find that they weren't going to be released for 3 months from when I ordered. Adam at Dynotech promptly made me aware of the delay and gave me the option to order something else that was available that I could have in my hands sooner. I opted to hold out for what I wanted.

2.5 months passed and Adam left Dynotech. After 3 months and a couple weeks passed, I randomly emailed Dynotech with my paid invoice attached asking for an update. Brian quickly responded within the hour with a forwarded email from Stance.

Today, I came home surprised to find my coilovers on my doorstep, finally. Everything was as ordered.

I am impressed with Dynotech's professionalism and very prompt attention to any email I sent. I literally had a reply within an hour each time (and I probably sent no fewer that 15 emails over the of course of my waiting).

I've read great reviews about Dynotech and can absolutely vouch for them. Believe the hype when researching a vendor.

They'll be seeing my business again for sure.

Glad you finally got those! I am not to far away I am in Maryland now. Still stay in contact with the guys at DynoTech as there good friends of mine.

 

It was quite the storied adventure! I was shocked when I got home to find just randomly on my doorstep.

This was supposed to be a good review towards you guys. I don't know if it came off that way. You both handled something that was out of your hands very well. I hope that earns you business from people who come across this review.

 

Haha, we knew your intent. Like you said, we have no control over some manufacturers setbacks but we certainly do our best to remedy the situation to the best of our abilities for our customers.
