GBCarbonFiber: Do-Luck Style CF Trunk

I am very pleased with GBCarbonFiber's trunk and salesmanship. He answered all my questions and responded the same day with answers. Also the shipping was faster than expected, he had it out in a couple days! Thanks again for making this a great experience.

Now on to the Do-Luck style trunk, I love it! The finish was flawless and no dents, scratches, etc. I installed it myself and this was my only try and it fits really well for a carbon trunk and I haven't tried to adjust it yet. I will move it around a bit when I install my JDM rear bumper. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and the experience I got from dealing with GBCarbonFiber

Edit: I forgot to add that the bolt holes for the latch assembly and hinges were damn near factory spot on and you can reuse your stock bolts, so just line up the paint marks with your OEM washers on the hinges and it will turn out like my pics, then just make minor corrections if needed. I'm sure I can get this thing pretty close to OEM. The more I look at it, the more I love this trunk. You really have to see it in person, the finish is really nice.

Looks like your car is an MR? What was the weight difference between the two trunks. A lot of times the cf trunks are heavier than the stock MR trunk.

It looks nice though

It was slightly lighter than my SE trunk, and it took 30 minutes to swap out.

Post pics here. Have you tried to adjust it, maybe take out the washers on that side or find shallow teflon washers, etc.? I think mine fits damn well and I'm very happy with it! It's not 100% but what carbon trunk is for this money? I keep mine coated with carnauba to keep the finish nice.

IIRC all evo trunks are the same, nothing different on an MR trunk lid.

Can you PM me what you paid for it shipped?
