Thank you Iowa999. My thought exactly. "Mr. Josh" must have been "JOSHING ME" what a common terd. What gets under my skin josh can't man up and admit he screwed up and fix the situation.

 

Credit card charge back, do it. The consumer holds the power when paying by credit card, especially with American Express. I give companies exactly one opportunity to fix the situation before I dial the 1-800 number on the back of my card; it's just not worth the hassle to deal with worthless scum.
