XTRperformance review

Ok guys my names Carlos , I recently tried to purchase an exhaust (axel back). I wanted ets v2 quiet . Originally I wanted a used one due to my budget , but no one sell those on here lol. So I tried to contact ets through the forum hoping I could get a good deal since 75% of the aftermarket parts on my car, are ets. Unfortunately the customer service was not the best I was pretty much ignore (felt like when you have a bug on you and you flick it off).

Now to the good part
Chris from XTR gave me some of the best customer service and a awesome price.
After talking to him I was able to stretch my budget and get a new exhaust.He treated me better than the manufactures of the product , witch to me was a shock.

I truly recommend you guys check them out and get some quotes. I guarantee you guys will be happy . As a professional barber and a customer , customer service is pretty much one of the most important things when running a business and XTRPerformance was all that and more

I spoke with Chris over at XTR and read the review that you posted. I don't mind a bad review if we truly messed up. I checked over the private messages we had and it's really hard to follow because you erase the previous responses. We deal with over 50 pm's a day plus 100's of emails. It's super hard to keep track of everything if you don't include the original messages. I'm not putting you at fault. Just a little tip in the future to help us communicate with you better.

I checked over the messages and we did give you a quote on the axle back of $XXX.XX Shipped. I'm not sure where the flicked off like a bug comment comes from.

i don't understand why people think they can get a good deal just because they have a lot of a certain manufacturer's parts on their car unless they are actually sponsored. imo, i believe all prices are fair for pretty much any evo part seller and everyone should pay the same price. if you dont have enough money, just plainly dont buy it until you do.
