Thumbs down Raw Evo

Has anybody had really slow service from these guys ? i ordered back on the 15th and i have only received half my order.

I've actually had a great experience with them. I ordered a custom pillar pod from them and received it within 8 business days. Quality piece, fits perfectly and doesn't hinder the curtain airbag from deploying. Have you tried contacting them? They have great customer service.

I'm guessing you are a Pillar Pod customer, if so this is the email that was sent out to you at the weekend:

Dear Raw Evo Pillar Pod customer,

Raw Evo is now the largest importer and distributor of Mitsubishi pillar pods in the whole of the US.

Mitsubishi usually sends over shipments, from Japan in small batches. However due to the demand for our Raw Evo Pillar Pods Mitsubishi has started to fully stock their main US warehouse in California, solely for Raw Evo.

During this transition period and our sale that happened recently we ran out of stock of Mitsubishi pillars and have been eagerly awaiting our latest shipment from Mitsubishi, thus putting us a little behind on production.

I am happy to inform you that today we received that shipment and we have gone into full production to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.

We are expecting the majority of the pillars ordered within the last 10-12 business days to ship out on Monday or Tuesday of next week and of course you will receive a Raw Evo email with your Fedex tracking information.

One again we thank you for your patience.

Got a tracking number today thanks! like i said it would have been nice to know from the get go that they were out of stock.

Still haven't received all of my order. This is pushing a month on saturday. What is the deal guys ?

Congrats! I buy all of my Evo parts from them now. I've always gotten amazing customer service, great pricing, and quality parts.
