DSG Performance issues
I've had multiple communication issues with them. Placed an order on Feb 26th for a spliter and heard nothing but the automatic order response. I had to open a paypal dispute for them to contact me after multiple emails with no response. This finally got Sean to contact me on March 17th. He told me it was a special order item which the website clearly does not mention. Well after trying to get a update with no response again I've decided to just cancel the order. I've no had to contact paypal to open a dispute once again.
I dont know what has happened here since it looks like they had a good reputation. I had other items to order from them, but I have waited due to this order.

So after several emails today with my only intention to cancel the order I keep getting excuses. I'm now told this is a "special order item" and cannot be canceled. I have multiple screen shots of his web page where the item is offered for sale and there is no mention of this.
Anyone here who moderates this site able to help a user out??

Sorry to hear you've had issues with them. I've actually had several good experiences with DSG, although admittedly have had to wait for replies to my emails/PM's on here.
I do think that they should clarify on the purchase page that this is special order. Other Japanese manufactured items (Varis, Voltex, etc.) do note that.

I paid through paypal so I need to call them. He still has no timetable to even receive it. I'm really upset over his attitude over the situation like I'm impatient over wanting responses to emails in less than a week.

You're not alone, I too has a problem with DSG. The A pillar 3 gauge pod that I bought has fitting issues and cracks where they connected the cups. Returned it 2 weeks ago and still waiting for his reply until now.
Sean has an excuse always if something is wrong or delayed. His customers service is bad, it will take him days to reply back.

After I filed a dispute on PayPal Sean at DSG finally replied on my email but the excuses is very strong on this guy. It's unbelievable he still has an excuse to say to me after the dispute. Smh..its mind boggling how did they get good reviews.
Do not close the dispute by any means. He talked me into closing mine and once its closed, paypal is done.

Buyers should be aware of this sneaky and lying DSG performance store.
Over the past few years I've had excellent experiences with DSG and have ordered quite a bit through them. I've never worked with Sean, only Jason who has been great.
How many times did you call? Your posts all state email, which you have to understand business get 100's of emails a day. If it is urgent, just pick up the phone. Phone calls have the added benefit of back and forth dialogue within minutes versus waiting a days for a response just to ask another question and wait longer.
When I've place orders with them I received both order confirmation and shipping confirmations as well as an account that I could log into to check tracking #'s etc. Did you get any of this?
