Maybe I'll make it an 1/8 mile race and use a conversion chart to figure my 1/4 mile??

We'll see.

I say do the first few runs full throttle for the 1/8th, then coast. Then on the last one go full bore!

Yep. That's the plan.
I hope the officials are not as **** as those at Sears Point where they have 1/8 mile to 1/4 coversion chart.

Tomig I hope I am wrong but the need to shift into 5th gear is going to make 10s very difficult. With my 5th gear grind I know that I will be fighting for mid 11s when I run my car. My car is running great and I could not be happier.iMO Low 11s is my prediction for your car due to the 5th gear handicap. However, I hope you prove me wrong and run 10s. Then I would think that I have a shot at low 11s. Good luck and prove me wrong. Wish I could make it.OUT!

Only one way to find out!! 10s will be difficult, but not impossible.

All ya 1/4 milers, straightracers, see you at the track.

BTW: Team Vishnu

Don't forget to bring out the MR. I'm sure she is well broken in by now. Perhaps we can get some baseline times out of her.

Bala, bala, bala, bala...

Little inside humor if you've seen Team America.

Mark and Tom laid the smack down. Most of the other EVOs (Dynoflashed and Work'd) ran in the low to mid 13s. The other STIs were in the 13s. Not sure if anyone was in the 12s. And certainly no one else hit 11s other than our boyz. That's about it, I guess

Was it hot, humid, wet, or something else? Dynoflash & Work'd vehicles running slightly better than stock times? That doesn't sound quite right or maybe it's just me. I've seen an evo at our so-called "bad" track run a 12.9 with just a mail-in dynoflash, MBC, and exhaust.

It was a cold clear night. It's just that no one ran as fast as they were expecting. Including our guys
