Boost not reaching 20psi.

Just installed XEDE, removed bras pill, and tested XEDE (by lowering boost table to 0 and running 10 psi). Everything is installed correctly, but peak boost on stage 1 w/HKS 91 octane is only reaching 19psi-tapering to 14 at redline. Anything I should do differently? Also how necessary is XEDE flash?

This is a long shot, but check your BOV hose clamps, mine were loose last night and I was down 1psi overall in boost and vacuum.

I'm doing a leak test soon-hope that fixes it. Last week I had an MBC on and was hitting 22-23 psi though-so I know it is capable of it........anyone know about the aluminum t fiting solution?

Your problem lies in the line that comes from the compressor side of the turbo..there should be another pill in there like the one you removed at the top ....the wastegate is seeing too much pressure and opening too soon...a common problem if you have been running a MBC
Check the restrictor is in there...bet it isn't

Oh man that line is a pain to get to-I'll check though. Anyone have an easy way to get access to the turbine housing?

Just take your airbox out....you will be able to feel the tube for lumps then....you are not trying to get to the turbine housing just the compressor side....it is the short line before the "T" piece
