Only need to do the fuel pump, not the rails. Usually, we suggest a fuel pump when cams are installed (Stg 1+) but I have seen cases where the stock pump runs out of grunt in Stg 1 levels. Good insurance!!

Simple walbro drop-in pump will do. We sell em for $110, IIRC.

Vishnu recommend fuel pump upgrade with the stage 1+ (cams). Don't need fuel rail upgrade. Stock fuel pump might not be able to keep up with the fuel flow rate at WOT(with upgraded cams). You might need a custom tune for the Injen CAI .

Walbro 255 is the fuel pump most Vishnuers use. Xede likes the stock airbox because of the MAF which Vishnu recommends. Alots of times people with different CAI have problem with idling, because the CAI throw off the MAF sensor. If you custom tune then the Xede will work better with you Injen CAI. Vishnu will be able to give you a more technical answer regarding the CAI.
