That sux, the SBC here in chicago can forward calls and stuff for business lines.

It can here too.. but only if the new site is in the same city/town as the old one. In our case, we moved the sales office to the next town over. The dyno and the install shop remains in the same place.

Shiv if it's such a hassle for SBC, maybe you could just keep the old line connected and just use regular old call forwarding (72#) to get the calls to your new office.

That's the plan. But the goofballs at SBC took it upon themselves to disable it, thinking we didn't need it anymore. Anyway, it should be up in a few hours with (hopefully), the calls forwarded to the new number.
