Baseline Stage 1+ map w/ 272's??

Will the Stage 1+ map off Vishnus website which asks for "set -3 deg intake and -3 deg exhaust and HKS 264/272 camshaft " work with the 272/272 combo?

Basically I need a map for 272/272 w/cam gears & what settings??

nice to see customer service when Vishnu is closed . My buddy is getting them installed at tuning technologies. Now he should really pull away from me. See you at the track smoggy.

Hey Drew,
My car will be at TT at the same time as your buddy's. And yes, I'll be at Fontana this weekend with friends. Come find us.

JP, as you can see, people are running all kinds of different settings with their cams. There is a good thread here on the Vishnu forums by Ted B addressing the different results with various camgear settings. I personally run my 272/272 cams at -4/-1 because I like the smooth idle this gives me and I also like the good top-end power. If you do a little bit of reading up on it, I'm sure it won't be too hard to arrive at a conclusion as to which settings should work for what you want...

I currently have them set to -4/-1 as well. The idle is great, you can't even tell that they are in there on a cold startup. After the car warms up there is a very slight lope, but you have to be listening for it. Can't report as to the top end power because Lancershop sent me the wrong fuel pump. I should also take this opportunity to thank Tuning Technologies for installing my cams/cam gears. Everything was completed as promised, ahead of schedule!
