CEL Code P0139 with V3

Well I had my Xede (V3) running on my car for about two weeks now and I am getting CEL code P0139. I thought it was because I forgot to ground the CEL fix wire, but even after I grounded and cleared the code it still cameback. The CEL Code P0139 is DTC P0139: Heated Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response. I also have Perrin test pipe with CEL fix and I have ran it on the car for about 5000 miles and never got a CEL light. My question is, could it be the problem that I am running two CEL fix's?? Have anybody else encounter this problem??

yes, i had that problem with a cel fix. i did the mechanical fix by spacing it off of the pipe. when i did, i got the slow response code. so i pulled my simpulator off and wired the o2 back up like it was stock. haven't seen a cel since.

so try taking out your simulator.

I am going to try to take out the Perrin CEL fix sometime soon, and see if that works.
