I had idle problems after I changed to the MR BOV, even before I installed XEDE. Change back to the stock BOV and see if that fixes the idle problem. The MR BOV seems to affect some cars more than others....

Dang, usually thats an intake problem or a VTA bov problem

It doesn't take but a second to switch the BOVs back. Do that, and if it works, sell the MR and get a greddy type S.

Not to be cute but the valve isnt installed backward and the reference is plugged in right?

valve was installed correctly. When I pulled the wrong green wire I had some tape left on it so I cleaned it off and everything works like a charm. VISHNU RULES! Pulls hard in the top RPM's now just need to get myself an exhaust.

One question though. Is the Unknown window in xmap for boost?

EDIT: FIGURED IT OUT

Its the biggest connector.....the light green wire next to the yellow/red wire ....third one in from the edge.
