Possible damaged XEDE?

Ok, my car has been sitting in the garage for about a week due to a broken sway bar bracket (morale to that story: Hotchkis has great customer service.) Now my car is back on the road and I feel like it's lost power, it wasn't just me either, my friend immediately commented on it after getting in. I took two data logging sessions, one with the Zetronix in a 4th gear full throttle pull and one with the XEDE with a 2nd gear, full throttle ( pictures below). Every thing checks out with the Zetronix, except for the strange RPM jitter which I fixed with spark plugs. Then I logged with the XEDE. Car was still slow and the XEDE seemed to be very laggy when giving me the RPM input (i.e. the little needle would jump around sporadically). TPS input stays at ~43. I wanted to see if there were any ideas before I start to mess with the wiring. Thank you.

If you click on the Zet log, you see that the boost peaks at 23 PSI. The car feels weak even out of boost though.

One more thing that I've noticed: the EGTs have been much lower on WOT pulls than normal about 40-50c less... I checked all the wires and nothing looks wrong. I don't know I'm stuck.

Did some more datalogs... Nothing has changed... Xede still says TPS is at ~43, even at idle. Any help would be much appreciated.
