Shiv, Big turbo boost line routing 4 XEDE

Which way do you want the lines routed for XEDE boost control? Where does the restrictor pill go? Currently, I have my lines routed where the top port on the wastegate is VTA w/ the restrictor pill in between the turbo and the boost solenoid.

Currently, I am running a temp reflash from you and I would like to know if I can crank up the boost (25-27 psi w/ 100oct) to see if my intercooler piping will stay on.

I am looking forward to seeing you next Saturday.

Thanks

David, the pill in my stock turbo setup was in between the turbo and the factory "T". Are you sure it goes in between the wastegate and the "T"? I just went and verified that there is no pill between the factory wastegate and the "T".

Well, I just tried both ways (pill in wastegate line and turbo line) and I have no boost control through the XEDE. It shouldn't matter that I used a slightly bigger hose from the "T" to the boost solenoid does it?

2 springs. The 1 bar big blue and .2 bar small yellow. I make 17psi just using the wastegate springs.

Except, I can't get my boost over 17psi w/ the XEDE. Is there something I am missing? I have the lines connect as shown in your diagram.

I have got 100's in all the cells in the boost map and I can't get over 17psi. I can here the XEDE clicking under WOT, but nothing happens.

Do you guys zero out the boost control on the ECU reflash? Any advice would be appreciated.

although, if you put another pill in there it should be running well over 17psi on the wastegate spring.

does your wastegate open at 17psi without a pill in there?

I never unplugged my XEDE when I installed my turbo kit. It worked fine before.
