some forge dv questions

I was at a dyno day a while back at dyno4mance, and I remember hearing Shiv recommend the Forge valve to someone, and they swapped it in, and the guy gained some more power he was being robbed of. Ok so my question is, that since the Forge must be good, i have one supposed to be here tommorow, so what should the spring combo I use be for the best drivability, and best boost holding capability? I am running custom tuned for 22-23lbs (23 peak in 5th), but was running the greddy S at the time of custom tune. Just figured id ask one here and get an idea of what to start with instead of surging all the time, or leaking, and getting pissed off right away.

Blue spring, no spacers. More boost than that you need to either put spacers in or use the red spring with no spacers. Blue is the best combo for drivability and holding moderate boost.

I liked the yellow spring w/ no shims better. It held the 23 psi spike easily. The blue spring is stiffer and will have slightly worse driveability. I would try them both and see what you think. If you do a lot of freeway driving w/ a lot of part throttle let offs you will get more surge w/ the blue.

The advantage w/ the blue spring is the ability to flip a switch to the race gas map and not have to swap out the spring.

well i put that thing on yesterday. i love it. It's sooo much better than the greddy I had on. My boost gauge doesnt jump around at WOT as much, and also boost seemed to have increased slightly.
