Tuning for Perrin intake:
Tuning for Perrin intake:
I recently purchased a Perrin Intake and the instructions indicate that I will need to retune the car. As to be expected, the car will stumble slightly at low rpms when there is little or no load. Idle is not too bad, but full throttle seems to remain the same as before the intake. I'm planning on getting a wideband 02 sensor next week to figure out the tuning, but in the meantime I want to make sure that I'm not running too lean. Is there any other type of data logging that I can use that will help figure out what kind of A/F rations I'm at? I have the Xede and a laptop. Should I try richening it up a bit just to be safe for now?
TIA
TIA
the safest solution is to take it off and put it back on when your able to get a tune
for now whatever you do is based on guesses
by the way all I have heard is bad things about Revolver Cams
dont get them !

Yeah, that sounds like a safe bet. I was hoping for some kind of basemap that would work for now. As far as the revolvers go I have heard many good things, and only one bad post so far. If they turn out to be bad then I'll just replace them.
