I am installing the AMS ALKY kit tomorrow or WED, and is there any special instructions out there on how to hook the 2 up? and make the Xede and the "kit" talk to each other? If there is a post out there, I cant find it. Any feedback will be welcomed, and will share my expierences with others when they/you upgrade also! It will be dynoed with the HKS 280's/AMS alky and the TME turbo this Saturday at Dyno4mance, so we can all see what this combo does! Thanks in advance,

Unless it operates at 0-5V, you won't be able to hook it up to the XEDE easily. Since your dyno time is Saturday, I recommend hooking it up as AMS states and running it that way. You won't be giving up any HP by running that way. Just my opinion.

 

on that topic...anyone have my same basic mods got a alky injection xede map?

shiv, you guys got any stock turbo stock injector xede maps with alky injection?

 

Currently, the two do not talk to eachother....but they will in the future at some point. One thing at a time....we are tryin to get SMART first!

smoked, you basically have exactely the same mods as me (power wise) so I'm anxious to see how she does. Let me know I'll be getting tuned on a Dynojet so you'll be able to see vice versa from a DD.
