im pretty sure its with xede cause stage subzero(v300) is xede

It is with tuning, either through exede or a reflash. The reflash gives you the same map you would be running with exede, but the exede allows you to switch maps, custom tune maps for other non-staged upgrades, run S.M.A.R.T, Etoh, etc.

 

well..i assume u go with stage subzero first and already have xede and then go to stage+1(v390)..i dont know.im just guessing!!!

Subzero is just a flash or exede w/o supporting mods.

 

The Stage 1+ Evos that I've seen run low 12's at the Dragstrips here in California have been 03's. They were running Xede's and race gas.

 

u can get the flash or purchase the xede for 995

 

I know I got Exede and Exede flash....I was gonna get SMART, but it'll have to wait.....it's time to get a carbon clutch

 

im not 2 sure...i just bought it because i planned to use hks bov..i installed the bov..and had no idle issues....so for the cams..im not sure...

 

hey eling99, did yo u buy and upper pipe or did you just replace the factory bov with the hks? i am putting on the hks bov with the injen upper pipe and intake tomorrow ( well, later on this morning ) and was just curious as to how you installed yours.

 

Exede will not correct for VTA, if you don't have stalling with VTA something is adjusted wrong.

 

i have been reading up on this and it seems that vta doesnt bother the 05's like it does on the 03-04's. not sure why though. just what i have read. could be b.s. trying to sell those hks bovs. lo

i just replace the factory to the hks and have no problems...there was a thread on the 05 saying that having vta has no idle problems..so i installed it and no idle problems!!!
